Which video call platforms does the Noota AI note taker support?
Noota records, transcribes and takes notes of your Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Webex meetings, with a bot that joins the call or without one, from the desktop app. In-person meetings and phone calls are covered by the mobile app and the built-in recorder.
Can I record without video, or without any audio?
Yes. For privacy reasons you can keep only the audio without the video, or only the written transcript without any audio or video recording. The choice is made per workspace and can be changed at any time.
Can I customize the meeting notes and reports?
Yes. You can personalize the meeting templates, the scorecards, the follow-up emails and the clips: create a template manually, pick one from the Noota library, or generate a custom one with AI from a short description of what you need.
In which languages does Noota transcribe?
Noota transcribes meetings in more than fifty languages, including English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch. The report can be written in a different language from the conversation.
Is Noota compliant with GDPR and data protection regulations?
Yes. Noota complies with GDPR, follows ISO 27001 practices, encrypts data at rest and in transit, and is hosted in Europe.A fully sovereign environment with European sub-processors only is available for organisations that need it.
Can I delete my recordings, and is my data used to train AI models?
You are the sole owner of your data: delete any recording, transcript or report at any time, instantly and permanently. Noota never uses your conversations, transcripts or reports to train AI models.
