J’ai arrêté de prendre des notes pendant mes appels. Et c’est l’une des meilleures décisions de mon année 2025. Pendant des années, j’ai passé mes appels à griffonner sur un carnet ou à taper frénétiquement sur mon clavier pour tout noter dans un Google Doc.

J’ai usé des dizaines de cahiers avec mes CR d’entretien.
Problème ? j’ai perdu des candidats. À la fin de l’entretien, je détachais le CR,
je le glissais dans la sous-pochette liée au candidat,
elle-même dans une pochette de couleurs par recrutement. Une méthode très 2010 et pas très RGPD. 🥲 Mais surtout : difficile de retrouver un candidat 1 an plus tard. Noota, c’est chaque entretien (même téléphonique) enregistré, transcrit, résumé et intégré à votre ATS.

Sorry for not replying to your email (I was probably doing literally anything else). Emails are my least favourite task. They need formatting. They need structure. They need energy I do not have after client calls. But when someone signs with my agency, they expect a clear recap. Something that summarises everything they just said “yes” to the offer before the formal proposal is finished. I did this manually for two whole days. Then I gave up and partnered with Noota instead.
