Is the Free plan really free?
Yes, with no card. It records your meetings, with 500 minutes of history, and includes voice dictation, the mailbox agent, Ask Noota, the task system and the desktop and mobile apps.
Unlimited recording on the Free plan requires a connected calendar with Join all meetings enabled, and the meeting summary is automatically shared with all participants.
How long does it take to set up?
About two minutes: sign up, connect your Google or Outlook calendar, and Noota is ready for your next meeting. No IT, nothing to install on your team's computers unless you want the desktop app.
Do my customers see a bot in the call?
Only if you want. Noota can join as a bot with the name you choose, or record quietly from your computer with the desktop app on the Pro plan and above. Participants are notified that the meeting is recorded.
How does it work when the team grows?
Invite your team to a shared workspace: seats are unlimited on every plan, and each person pays for the plan they need. Business adds team analytics, company templates and branding, shared rules and the API.
Which plan should a small team pick?
Start on Free to try it on every meeting. Move to Pro when you want bot-free recording, a longer history and your CRM connected. Move to Business when the whole team works from the same meetings, emails and phone calls.
