MCP Server

Your meetings, inside the AI assistant you already use

Connect Noota to Claude in thirty seconds, or to ChatGPT and any MCP-compatible assistant with one URL. Your assistant can then find a meeting, search what was said and answer from your real conversations, with the sources. Read-only, hosted in Europe.

How it works

Connect once, ask anywhere

Thirty seconds to connect, then your assistant answers from your real meetings. In three steps.

01

Connect in thirty seconds

In Claude: Customize, Connectors, search “noota”, Connect. Elsewhere, add the server URL and sign in with OAuth. No key to copy, no server to run.

02

Ask in plain words

What did we promise Acme last week? Your assistant searches your meetings and transcripts through Noota, reads what matters and answers with the meetings it used.

03

Turn it into work

Prepare the next call, write the interview report, draft the monthly review: your assistant does it from what was actually said, in the format you ask for.

Under the hood

Six tools, all read-only

The Noota MCP server exposes six tools. Your assistant picks the right ones for each question, shows you which it used, and never writes anything back to Noota.

The server

https://mcp.noota.io/mcp

Remote, OAuth with your Noota account, scope: read. Apache 2.0.

The server

1. search_records finds the meetings with Acme

2. keyword_search finds the commitments inside them

3. get_transcript reads the exact sentence, if needed

4. The assistant answers, and names the meetings it used

search_records
01

Find a meeting

By title, date, duration, participants, folder or workspace, with a short or long summary.

keyword_search
02

Search what was said

A phrase, a topic or a commitment, inside transcripts and summaries.

get_transcript
03

Read the transcript

The verbatim of one meeting, filtered by time range, speaker or text.

search_contacts
04

Find a contact

By name, email or company, to narrow a search to one person.

list_folders
05

Browse folders

Your folders, to scope a question to a client or a project.

list_workspaces
06

List workspaces

The workspaces you belong to, when you have more than one.

30

to connect Noota to your assistant, no API key

6

tools: find, search, read, contacts, folders, workspaces

1

URL for every MCP client: mcp.noota.io/mcp, with OAuth

0

write access: the server only grants the read scope

What the connector gives your assistant, and what it keeps for you.

Claude, ChatGPT and any MCP client

In the Claude directory, as a custom connector in ChatGPT, or by URL in any assistant that speaks MCP.

Read-only

Your assistant reads your meetings. It cannot change or delete anything in Noota.

Only what you can see

The connector sees the meetings, folders and workspaces you have access to, nothing more.

Answers with sources

Every answer names the meetings it comes from. Open them in Noota to check.

One URL, OAuth, no key

Which AI assistants work with the Noota MCP server?

Claude, from the connectors directory in claude.ai: search “noota” and connect. ChatGPT, as a custom connector added in Developer mode with the server URL and OAuth (in beta, for ChatGPT Plus, Team or Enterprise with an admin role).

And any other assistant or tool that supports the Model Context Protocol, with the same URL: https://mcp.noota.io/mcp.

Setup guide for ChatGPT

How do I connect it?

In Claude: open Customize, then Connectors, search for “noota” and click Connect. Sign in with your Noota account and accept the read-only access. It takes about thirty seconds, and you can disconnect at any time from the same place.
‍

In ChatGPT: Settings, Apps, Advanced settings, enable Developer mode, Create app, add the server URL https://mcp.noota.io/mcp, choose OAuth and sign in with Noota when redirected. In any other MCP client, add the same URL as a remote server and sign in the same way.

Which Noota plan do I need?

The MCP integration is included in the Business and Enterprise plans, alongside the API access.

What can my assistant do once connected?

Find a meeting by title, date or participant. Search a phrase, a topic or a commitment in your transcripts and summaries. Read the transcript of a meeting, by speaker or time range. Prepare your next call with what was said last time. Write a recap, an interview report or the review of the month, from your real conversations.

Which meetings can it see?

Exactly the ones you can see in Noota: your meetings, the folders and workspaces you belong to. Nothing shared with you in Noota is hidden from your assistant, and nothing you cannot open in Noota is visible to it.

Can the assistant modify or delete my meetings?

No. The connector is read-only by construction: the only scope the server grants is “read”. Your assistant can read your meetings, transcripts and contacts, and cannot create, change or delete anything in Noota.

Where does my data go?

Your meetings stay hosted in Europe, in Noota. The assistant receives only what it needs to answer your question, at the moment you ask it. Noota never uses your conversations to train AI models. What the assistant itself keeps depends on its own settings and plan.
