What can I ask Noota?
Anything that lives in your meetings, calls and emails. Noota reads the relevant conversations and answers with the sources it used.
How do I know the answer is right?
Every answer cites the meetings and emails it was built from. Click a source to open the report or the thread at the right place and check the sentence yourself. Noota only searches the conversations you have access to.
Can I ask Noota during a meeting?
Yes, from the Pro plan. With live transcription on, you can ask what was said ten minutes ago, what is left on the agenda, or a fact from a previous call with the same people, without leaving the meeting.
How do AI credits work?
Each plan includes monthly AI credits per user: 50 on Free, 100 on Pro, 500 on Business, custom on Enterprise. They cover Ask Noota, the agents and the documents generated. The meeting prep assistant, web search and deep research are included in every plan.
What are agents and scheduled actions?
An agent is a question Noota asks for you, on a schedule: plan my day every morning, hottest deals and next actions every Monday, candidates to follow up every Friday. The library offers agents by team (sales, recruiting, customer success, management), and you can write your own from a goal in plain words.
Can I use my Noota knowledge from Claude, ChatGPT or Mistral?
Yes, on Business and Enterprise, through the MCP integration. Your AI assistant can search your meetings and answer with the same sources, so you do not have to copy anything between tools.
What happens to my questions and my data?
Your conversations and your questions are hosted in Europe and never used to train AI models. Ask Noota only reads what you already have access to in your workspace, and a fully sovereign environment with European sub-processors only is available for organisations that need it.
