Your minutes written, your data kept sovereign
Councils, committees, steering boards and recruitment panels: Noota writes the minutes your teams spend their evenings on. On a sovereign environment hosted in France, with European sub-processors only, no US-controlled provider in the chain, and every document your DPO, your CISO and your procurement team will ask for.

Who it's for
For the people who keep public institutions running
Secretaries of councils and committees, heads of department, HR teams, project leads: everyone who spends hours turning meetings into official records.
Local authorities
Council sessions, committees and executive meetings: the minutes drafted on your template, with attendance, items, decisions and votes as stated in the room.
Ministries & central administration
Interministerial meetings, steering committees and briefings turned into clear notes, decisions and owners, ready for the chain of command.
Public agencies & operators
Project committees, partner meetings and field visits documented the same way across every department.
Social dialogue bodies
Staff committees and health and safety committees: a faithful record of what each party said, ready for review before approval.
Recruitment panels
Every candidate asked the same questions, every interview documented the same way, for fair and traceable decisions.
Hospitals & health agencies
Boards, management committees and project meetings. For administrative meetings, not patient data: see the FAQ on health data.
How it works
From the session to the approved minutes
Noota drafts, your secretary reviews, your assembly approves. The official record stays yours.
In the council chamber or the meeting room with the mobile app, or on Teams, Webex, Zoom or Meet. Participants are notified that the session is recorded.
Written on your own template: attendance, agenda items, debates, decisions and votes as announced, in plain, neutral language.
Your secretary reviews and corrects the draft, exports it as Word or PDF for approval and archiving, and the recording is kept or deleted according to your policy.

FAQ
Questions from public bodies
Sovereignty, compliance, health data, council sessions, and how to buy.
Still have a question? Talk to our team
Are our data exposed to non-European laws such as the US CLOUD Act?
Not in the sovereign environment. It runs on Scaleway in Paris and on Bleu, with Mistral and open-weight models on European infrastructure, and every sub-processor in the chain is European: there is no US-controlled entity anywhere in it. It has its own security assurance plan and disaster recovery plan.
Where exactly are recordings and minutes stored?
In the sovereign environment, in France, on Scaleway in Paris. In the standard European environment, in Belgium and the Netherlands on Google Cloud Platform. In both cases, nothing leaves the European Union and nothing is used to train AI models.
How does Noota fit with the EU AI Act and our internal AI charter?
Noota transcribes, summarises and drafts: your agents stay in charge of what is approved and published. Our EU AI Act qualification analysis and AI ethics implementation guide are available in the trust center to support your own assessment.
What will our DPO need for the GDPR file?
The data processing agreement, the list of sub-processors, the retention settings and the information needed for your data protection impact assessment. Participants are automatically notified that the meeting is recorded, and data-subject requests are handled within 30 days.
Can hospitals and health agencies use Noota?
For administrative meetings, yes: boards, management committees, projects, recruitment. Noota runs on infrastructure certified for health data hosting (HDS), but Noota itself is not HDS certified: it is not designed for meetings that involve patient data.
Can we use it for public council sessions?
Yes. Noota drafts the minutes from the recording; your secretary reviews and completes them before approval, as for any minutes. The official record remains the one your assembly approves.
How do we buy Noota as a public body?
Through your usual purchasing procedure: we provide a quote and the documents for your consultation file (security assurance plan, DPA, sub-processor list, certificates), and you pay by invoice. The sovereign environment is part of the Enterprise plan.
Your next meeting is probably today
