Still have a question? Talk to our team

Can the report be shared with the client as it is?

Yes. Reports follow the template you choose (minutes, restitution, steering committee, workshop) and, on the Business plan, carry your company's branding. Share them as a link, a PDF or a document, or have Noota draft the follow-up email that sends them.

Our clients speak different languages. Does that work?

Yes. Noota transcribes more than fifty languages and can write the report in a different language from the meeting, so a workshop held in German can give a report in French or English.

How do we keep work organised by client?

Meetings go into a folder per client or per project. Anyone on the account finds the full history there, and Ask Noota can answer questions like “what did we promise this client this month?” from those meetings and emails.

Our client meetings are confidential. Who can see them?

Recordings are private by default: only the person who recorded them, and those they share them with, can open them. You can turn Noota off for a given meeting, keep only the text without audio or video, and set how long data is kept. Everything is hosted in Europe and never used to train AI models.
‍

See the Security page

Are clients told that the meeting is recorded?

Yes. Participants are automatically notified that the meeting is recorded, and the bot appears under a name you choose. You can also record without a bot from your computer, with the same notification settings.

Does it work with our CRM and project tools?

Yes: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Dynamics 365, Monday, Notion, Slack, Teams and more, 45 integrations in total, plus Zapier and the API for the rest.
