Task System

Every commitment becomes a task

Said in a call or written in an email, a commitment lands in your Noota task list with an owner, a due date and a link to the moment it was made. Nothing to retype, nothing forgotten.

How it works

From “I’ll do it” to done

How a sentence in a call or an email becomes a task your team can see, in three steps.

01

Captured where it is said

In the meeting report or in an incoming email, Noota spots the commitment and turns it into a task: what, who, by when, linked to the sentence it comes from.

02

One list, from every channel

Meetings and inbox feed the same list. Filter by priority, due date or source, group by person or by email thread, and see who owes what.

03

Done, and synced

Tick it off in Noota or in the tool your team already uses. Tasks sync to Notion, Slack or your CRM, and Ask Noota can recap the week's actions in one question.

2

sources feeding one list: your meetings and your inbox

3

views: my tasks, by person, by email thread

50

languages: the commitment is caught whatever the language of the call

4

plans that include it: Free, Pro, Business, Enterprise

How are tasks created?

Two ways, automatically. After a meeting, the action items of the report become tasks, each linked to the moment in the transcript where the commitment was made. From your inbox, an email that asks you for something, or where you promised something, becomes a task linked to the thread. You can also create a task by hand in one click.

Can I change the owner, the due date or the priority?

Yes. Every task carries an owner, a due date and a priority that Noota proposes from the conversation, and that you can change at any time. Ticking a task marks it done for everyone who shares the meeting.

How do I find my way in a long list?

Three views and a few filters. My tasks shows what you own. By person groups the list by owner, handy before a 1-1. By email groups the tasks that came from the same thread. Filters narrow by priority, due date or source, and the search finds a task by its words.

Do the tasks sync with the tools my team already uses?

Yes. Tasks sync with Notion, Slack and your CRM, so nobody has to check a second list. On Business and Enterprise, the API, Zapier and the MCP integration let you push tasks anywhere else.

Can Ask Noota help me with my tasks?

Yes. Ask for a summary of your action items for the week, what is overdue, or what you promised a given client, and Ask Noota answers from your meetings, your inbox and your task list, with the sources.

Who can see my tasks?

The people who share the meeting or the email thread the task comes from, and nobody else. Your tasks, like your transcripts, are hosted in Europe and never used to train AI models.
