API & Webhooks
Build on your conversations
A REST API to list your recordings, pull the transcript, the report and the media file into your own tools. A Zapier trigger the moment a report is ready. One key, in a header, and you are in.
How it works
From a key to a pipeline
List, pull, react: how your tools get what a meeting produced, in three steps.
01
List your recordings
One key in the X-API-Key header. GET /record returns your recordings with their status, title, contacts and meeting link, filtered by date, status or owner, paginated by cursor.
02
Pull transcript and report
GET /transcript gives you every line with the speaker and its timestamps. GET /report gives you the AI report in HTML or plain text, on the template that produced it. The media file comes as a signed link, valid 24 hours.
03
React when a report is ready
The Zapier trigger New Report fires as soon as a meeting is processed, with the transcript, summary, scorecard and audio link. Route it to Notion, your CRM, a Slack channel or your own endpoint.
The REST API
Five endpoints, everything a meeting produced
Small on purpose. Your key in the X-API-Key header, JSON in, JSON out, and a Swagger UI to try each call before you write a line.
GET
List recordings
Filters: start_date, end_date, status (transcribed, uploaded, processing, all), email. 1 to 25 per page, cursor pagination.
GET
Get the transcript
Title, duration, participants, and each line with speaker_name, start, end and text.
GET
Get the AI report
format=html or plaintext. Title, category, content, owner, contacts and meeting URL.
GET
Download the media
A signed URL to the audio or video file, valid for 24 hours.
DELETE
Delete a recording
Removes the recording and its data. Returns 204.
Three ways to build
Pull it, get it pushed, or let an assistant ask
From sign-up to a team workspace, at your pace.
Pull recordings, transcripts, reports and media into your own stack, on your schedule. One key, one header.
Triggers when a new meeting report is ready in Noota. Includes the transcript, summary, scorecard and audio link.
REST endpoints: recordings, transcript, report, media file, delete
Zapier blocks: the New Report trigger and ten actions
validity of a signed media link
header to authenticate: X-API-Key. No SDK required
Small API, everything you need
What you can pull, what gets pushed, and what stays yours.
One key, one header
X-API-Key on every call. No SDK to install, any language that speaks HTTPS.
Everything a meeting produces
Recordings, transcripts with speakers and timestamps, AI reports, media files.
Event-driven with Zapier
New Report fires when the meeting is processed. 5,000+ apps on the other side, or a webhook to your own endpoint.
OAuth 2.0 for assistants
The same platform authorises the MCP server: authorization code with PKCE, read scope, refresh tokens.
Documented, live
The OpenAPI spec and a Swagger UI at api.noota.io/docs. Try a call before writing a line.
Hosted in Europe
Your data stays on European infrastructure. Delete a recording by API at any time.

FAQ
Questions about the API
Authentication, pagination, what the responses contain, and where webhooks stand.
Still have a question? Talk to our team
How do I authenticate?
With an API key sent in the X-API-Key header of every request. The key belongs to your Noota workspace and gives access to its recordings. Keep it server-side, never in a browser or a mobile app.
Where is the documentation?
At api.noota.io/docs: a Swagger UI where you can read each endpoint, its parameters and its response schema, and try a call with your key. The OpenAPI 3.1 spec is available at api.noota.io/api/v1/openapi.json to generate a client in your language.
How does pagination work?
GET /api/v1/record returns between 1 and 25 recordings per call (limit, default 10) and a next_cursor when has_more is true. Pass it back as cursor to get the next page. Filter by start_date and end_date (Unix timestamps), by status or by the owner's email.
What does a transcript look like?
An array of lines, each with speaker_id, speaker_name, start and end in seconds, and text. The response also carries the title, the duration and the participants with their name, email and phone when known.
Can I get the AI report, not just the transcript?
Yes. GET /api/v1/report/{id} returns the report generated on the meeting's template, as HTML by default or as plain text with format=plaintext, with its title, category, owner, contacts and meeting URL. The audio or video file is available through a signed URL valid for 24 hours.
Do you have webhooks?
Today, the event-driven route is the Zapier trigger New Report: it fires as soon as a meeting report is ready, with the transcript, summary, scorecard and audio link, and Zapier can post it to any URL you own, or to 5,000+ apps. Native webhooks from Noota are on the roadmap; tell us what you would build with them.
Which plans include the API?
API access, Zapier, the Teams app and the MCP integration are included in the Business and Enterprise plans. Enterprise adds custom integrations built with our team.
Your next meeting is probably today
Hand it over to Noota, it takes care of the rest.
