How does Noota record Zoom meetings?
Connect your calendar and choose the meetings to record. Noota joins the Zoom call as a bot, or records from your computer with Noota Desktop so no bot appears in the participant list.
When does the sync happen?
As soon as the meeting report is ready, a few minutes after the call ends. If you prefer to review the report first, that is a setting per integration.
What does the connected tool receive, and what stays in Noota?
Only what you configured leaves Noota, to the tool you chose, over its official API. The recording, the transcript and the report stay hosted in Europe, and nothing is used to train AI models. Disconnecting stops the flow immediately.
