How it works

SharePoint and Noota, in three steps

01
Connect SharePoint in one click

Open Integrations in Noota, pick SharePoint and sign in with your account. No IT ticket, no API key to paste. Disconnect from the same place whenever you want.

02
Choose where it goes

Give Noota access to the SharePoint document library of your choice. One per team or one per meeting type: weekly sync, one-to-one, client review.

03
The notes arrive after every meeting

When the meeting is over, Noota posts the transcript, the summary or the automatic notes to the SharePoint document library of your choice, as you configured.

How do I connect SharePoint to Noota?

In Noota, open Integrations, pick SharePoint and sign in with your account. The connection is made in one click, with no configuration and no IT support. You can disconnect at any time from the same place.

When does the sync happen?

As soon as the meeting report is ready, a few minutes after the call ends. If you prefer to review the report first, that is a setting per integration.

What does the connected tool receive, and what stays in Noota?

Only what you configured leaves Noota, to the tool you chose, over its official API. The recording, the transcript and the report stay hosted in Europe, and nothing is used to train AI models. Disconnecting stops the flow immediately.
