How it works
Zoho Recruit and Noota, in three steps
Open Integrations in Noota, pick Zoho Recruit and sign in with your account. No IT ticket, no API key to paste. Disconnect from the same place whenever you want.
Run the interview on Meet, Teams, Zoom, Webex or by phone. Noota records, transcribes and writes the interview report with your template.
The report is shared on the candidate's profile in Zoho Recruit when the profile already exists. From the Business plan, Noota also fills fields like availability or salary expectations, for you to review.

How do I connect Zoho Recruit to Noota?
In Noota, open Integrations, pick Zoho Recruit and sign in with your account. The connection is made in one click, with no configuration and no IT support. You can disconnect at any time from the same place.
What exactly is sent to Zoho Recruit?
You choose: the AI report, the transcript, the tasks. Noota attaches the note to the right candidate, and on Business and Enterprise fills the record's fields from the conversation, for you to review before saving.
When does the sync happen?
As soon as the meeting report is ready, a few minutes after the call ends. If you prefer to review the report first, that is a setting per integration.
Which plan includes Zoho Recruit?
From the Pro plan. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.
What does the connected tool receive, and what stays in Noota?
Only what you configured leaves Noota, to the tool you chose, over its official API. The recording, the transcript and the report stay hosted in Europe, and nothing is used to train AI models. Disconnecting stops the flow immediately.
Your next meeting is probably today
Hand it over to Noota, it takes care of the rest.
