Microsoft Exchange and Noota, in three steps

01
Sign in with Microsoft Exchange

Connect Microsoft Exchange from Noota in one click. Your upcoming meetings on Meet, Teams, Zoom and Webex appear in Noota.

02
Choose what gets recorded

Pick meeting by meeting from your calendar, or from the notification Noota Desktop shows a minute before each call.

03
A report after every meeting

How do I connect Microsoft Exchange to Noota?

In Noota, open Integrations, pick Microsoft Exchange and sign in with your account. The connection is made in one click, with no configuration and no IT support. You can disconnect at any time from the same place.

When does the sync happen?

As soon as the meeting report is ready, a few minutes after the call ends. If you prefer to review the report first, that is a setting per integration.

What does the connected tool receive, and what stays in Noota?

Only what you configured leaves Noota, to the tool you chose, over its official API. The recording, the transcript and the report stay hosted in Europe, and nothing is used to train AI models. Disconnecting stops the flow immediately.

Hand it over to Noota, it takes care of the rest.
