How do I connect Outlook Calendar to Noota?

In Noota, open Integrations, pick Outlook Calendar and sign in with your account. The connection is made in one click, with no configuration and no IT support. You can disconnect at any time from the same place.

When does the sync happen?

As soon as the meeting report is ready, a few minutes after the call ends. If you prefer to review the report first, that is a setting per integration.

What does the connected tool receive, and what stays in Noota?

Only what you configured leaves Noota, to the tool you chose, over its official API. The recording, the transcript and the report stay hosted in Europe, and nothing is used to train AI models. Disconnecting stops the flow immediately.

Your next meeting is probably today

Hand it over to Noota, it takes care of the rest.
