Noota Integrations
Noota connects to Odoo
After every sales call, Noota creates the contacts, leads and applicants and logs the meeting report in Odoo. From Business, it fills the fields for you to review.
One-click connect
From the Pro plan
Hosted in Europe
How it works
Odoo and Noota, in three steps
Open Integrations in Noota, pick Odoo and sign in with your account. No IT ticket, no API key to paste. Disconnect from the same place whenever you want.
After a sales call, Noota matches the participants to your Odoo records and creates the contacts, leads and applicants that do not exist yet.
The AI report lands as a note in Odoo. From the Business plan, Noota also fills the fields from the conversation, like the stage or the next step, for you to review before saving.
What reaches Odoo
You decide what goes where. Nothing to retype.

How do I connect Odoo to Noota?
In Noota, open Integrations, pick Odoo and sign in with your account. The connection is made in one click, with no configuration and no IT support. You can disconnect at any time from the same place.
What exactly is sent to Odoo?
You choose: the AI report, the transcript, the tasks. Noota attaches the note to the right contact or deal, and on Business and Enterprise fills the record's fields from the conversation, for you to review before saving.
When does the sync happen?
As soon as the meeting report is ready, a few minutes after the call ends. If you prefer to review the report first, that is a setting per integration.
Which plan includes Odoo?
From the Pro plan. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.
What does the connected tool receive, and what stays in Noota?
Only what you configured leaves Noota, to the tool you chose, over its official API. The recording, the transcript and the report stay hosted in Europe, and nothing is used to train AI models. Disconnecting stops the flow immediately.
Your next meeting is probably today
Hand it over to Noota, it takes care of the rest.
